Dr. Bob Firth is the City Commissioner for Collinsville, OK, Ward 2. Additionally, Bob is a forty-year veteran of the Energy Industry. Bob is the former President and CEO of publicly traded Atlas Pipeline Partners (NYSE: APL), now Targa Resources (NYSE: TRGP), where he rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange and was Dean of the Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology. Mr. Firth has been a keynote speaker for the Tulsa Pipe Liners, International School of Hydrocarbon Measurement, Natural Gas & Electric Association of Oklahoma, and numerous Energy Industry Meetings and Conferences. Mr. Firth holds a PhD in Education Leadership from Liberty University. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Upper Iowa University for seven years and has been an adjunct professor of Management, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership for 23 years.
